We believe that great relationships are the most important thing in life because we can bring about more results faster if we network together.  It is important to maintain relationships with flexibility, integrity and innovation. The followins our Poinits of Culture:

1. Commitment

I commit myself 110% to the task at hand until I succeed because I know I deserve it.  I am committed to the success of Quamec™ Coaching by believing in the vision, mission, culture, current and future team, and it’s clients at all times.  I dedicate myself to investigate what I can do to improve myself for the team and I am always up to date with every product and system.

2. Ownership

I understand that in order for things to change I must first change.  I am accountable for my actions, behaviour and outcomes and I own every moment that takes place in my work and my life.  If ever I have a challenge with some one or something while working at Quamec™ Coaching I will only talk to the person who can make the change.  I will first come up with the solution to the challenge I thought I had before I go to the person who can make the change.

3. Integrity

I am honest with myself and with others.  I only ever speak the truth and always over deliver on what I promise.  I only ever make agreements that I intend to keep with myself and others.  Any potential broken agreements I will endeavour to communicate at the first moment I have and any broken agreements I will clear up immediately.  My intentions are pure and ethical so that I always create wholeness.

4. Excellence

I seek ways to do more with less and promise to always improve with innovation.  I always deliver quality products and service that add value to everybody forever.  I do not wish my life were easier, I want to be better.  I realise that it is my performance that determines my results and that I must constantly improve who I am and the way I do things everyday.

5. Communication

I respect every body’s model of the world and converse positively to my team members, my clients, Quamec™ Coaching in both public and private.  I am fully responsible for my responses to my communication.  I greet and farewell people using their name.  I always thank others for their patients for any unusual upsetting moments before seeking a solution.  I only ever share interesting feedback that requires improvement in private with the person concerned and offer my help to their challenges.

6. Success

I am a successful person because I create win/win situations.  I completely focus all my thoughts, awareness, actions, and energy on to the successful outcome of whatever I am doing.  I show my inner pride, personal confidence, experience and prosperity all the time.

7. Education

I am forever learning, growing and mastering so that I can help my fellow team members and clients to learn, grow and master.  I learn from my mistakes and I prosper with courage to know more about the industry and my products.  I am a facilitator of happiness.  I know that if I pay attention to knowledge abundance will pay attention to me.

8. Team Work

I do whatever it takes to row in the same direction as the team and agree with the importance of achieving team goals.  I am a team player because I am flexible with my behaviour and able to change quickly.  I am a team leader because I can guide others to change.  I am open to feedback and I am capable of asking for help when I need it.  I am considerate to others that require help.

9. Balance

I am aware of all areas in my life: Spiritual, Family, Social, Personal Growth and Health.  I take pride in my work and understand that it provides for my financial and intellectual needs and that the other areas are just as important.  I am committed to completing my work and my most important tasks first, so that I can have quality of time in all other areas of life; myself, my family and personal growth.  I am aware that from time to time I may need to stretch myself in anyone area.

10. Fun

My life is a journey with goals along the way.  I experience my life as one to be enjoyed and appreciate that I attract everything into it.  I create an environment of fun and happiness so that I can share it with others and celebrate every success.

11. Flexibility

My ability to change is up to me.  I will always get what I want and I am very specific about what I ask for.  I create my own destiny by compensating with strategies to remain on target.  I am open to interpretation and receive every thing in good humour.

12. Systems

I know that there is always a system used for every result.  I will always refer to the system for a solution.  If a challenge appears I will measure the system and investigate a system improvement and then look for a people improvement.  I suggest system improvements at my first opportunity.  I am an innovator of system solutions.  I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced.  I agree that business is a system that guides and that people manage themselves.

13. Consistency

So that my team mates and clients can feel confident in me I am consistent in my actions and behaviour.  I am disciplined in my work so that my results, growth and success are consistent.  I am a happy, reliable and well groomed person at all times.

14. Gratitude

I always say thank you and often share my appreciation for people and things in many ways.  My attention is drawn to catching myself and others doing things right.  I am a really grateful person.

15. Abundance

My life is abundant because I am able to both give and receive it.  I know I deserve my abundance in all areas of my life by respecting myself and others.  I am rewarded to the level that I create abundance for others and I accept that abundance only appears in my life to the level at which I appear.

16. Results

I accept that results are what I get and that I am in control of my results.  If I get the wrong result I realise there is something I need to change in me in order to get the result I agreed to get.
