Refund and Return Policy

New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. Quamec, Enoteca Mezza-Luna, and Aaron Michelon reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Returns / exchanges require an RA (Return Authorization) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RA Number, contact Client Services. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or returns of new merchandise are non-refundable.

Manuals, books, and printed literature may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. A 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.

Unopened CDs, software, games and DVDs may be exchanged only for the identical product. Any exchange of unopened CDs, software, games and DVDs must occur within 30 days of purchase.

Electronic services, e-books subscriptions, audio postcards, audio files, newsletter subscriptions and movies downloaded off the internet or sent by subscription will be charged up to the end of the latest cycle and cancelled immediately before future charges are incurred.  All cancellations of subscriptions must be in writing to Client Services.  Please note there is no refund for previously downloaded files or attachments.
All other products not listed above may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.
Any products or services purchased at a workshop or seminar are subject to the same Refund and Return Policy.  All charges and fees will be the responsibility of the client.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Special buy or clearance items are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the label attached to the product or announced at time of purchase.
Please retain your packing slip and invoice.  Please note the client is responsible for expenses, fees, or other costs incurred.

Quamec can ship to virtually any address in the world. We gladly accept orders from all over the globe.  Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address of the order.  Packages may subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.  These charges are always the responsibility of the client.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Quamec, the client is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
